Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Line Service Technician I to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting ground operations for inbound and outbound aircraft, crews, and passengers at Van Nuys, CA.

You will collaborate with Charter, Aircraft Maintenance, Valet and Facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold safety standards. Safety is the top priority; you will handle fuels and other hazardous materials following ATA 103 and AirBP GAFO standards, wear PPE, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Aviation or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work swing shifts and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to customers, crews, and passengers.
• Support ground operations for inbound/outbound aircraft.
• Learn and follow safety procedures for fuels and hazardous materials.
• Coordinate with Charter, Aircraft Maintenance, Valet, and Facilities for smooth operations.
• Operate in a high-noise airport environment with PPE and safety protocols.
