Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• FAA A&P Certificate.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 5 years in the aircraft maintenance industry.
• Meets or exceeds operational performance goals including on-time performance, maintenance check span, productivity & safety objectives.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance functions on shift to meet schedule and safety requirements.
• Assign technicians to tasks to maximize productivity and control costs.
• Ensure team has resources and adheres to CBA rules and company policies.
• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance of operations.
• Maintain communication with station staff and report status to leadership.
