Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must successfully pass required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• GED or higher education preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Marshal and park aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Tow aircraft and perform wing-walking duties as needed.
• Operate ground support equipment safely and per procedures.
• Ensure aircraft are properly chocked, locked, and secured.
• Assist with aircraft fueling operations.
• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of aircraft.
• Service aircraft lavatories and replenish portable water.
• Assist pilots with pre-flight and post-flight services.
• Load and unload baggage and other aircraft items.
• Assist passengers and drivers in the ramp area as needed.
• Purchase and restock aircraft supplies, including snacks and beverages.
• Monitor aircraft inventory and remove expired items.
• Maintain hangars, hangar floors, and offices.
• Coordinate maintenance of ground support Equipment and hangar facilities.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
