Job summary

Modern Aviation Inc. is seeking a Line Service Technician to provide safe, efficient aircraft ground handling and exceptional customer service to flight crews and guests.

You will operate ground support equipment, perform fueling, towing, parking, and basic cleaning, while maintaining ramp safety and professionalism across shifts. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe aircraft ground handling and ramp services.
• Operate fueling, towing, parking, de-icing, and basic cleaning equipment.
• Maintain ramp safety and awareness of hazards during operations.
• Deliver modern aviation’s exceptional service to flight crews and passengers during interactions.
