Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation in Oxford, CT is hiring for a Full-Time position on the Second Shift (1:30pm - 10:00pm). The role requires driving, marshaling aircraft, fueling operations, and customer service across a dynamic ramp environment.

Compensation ranges from $20.02 to $26.34 per hour with benefits; overtime and weekend work may be required. Applicants must pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license in the state the employee's work location is based in.
• Learn and comply with all safety and operating standards of vehicle and passenger safety as well as airport policies.
• Always provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Complete NATA Safety First, Clay Lacy Aviation and other job-related training.

Responsibilities

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license in the state the employee's work location is based in, restricted licenses are not acceptable.
• Learn and comply with all safety and operating standards of vehicle and passenger safety as well as airport policies
• Always provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, direct interface, over telephone and in writing.
• Ability to make decisions with multiple objectives and implement in a safe, efficient manner.
• Follow oral and written directions; plan and complete assigned duties on a regular schedule; and maintain good working relationships with others.
