Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Flightline Supervisor to provide senior-level oversight of aircraft maintenance operations supporting the 89th Airlift Wing’s executive airlift mission. You will lead the flightline team, ensure FMC, and coordinate with MOCC to maintain readiness across schedules and records.

You will manage a large personnel group, enforce safety, conduct on-the-job training, and support continuous improvement of maintenance quality and timely aircraft processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED.
• In-depth knowledge of flightline maintenance.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to flightline personnel in coordination with the Aircraft Branch Manager and Production Supervisor.
• Plan and schedule training to maintain aircraft for the 89AW mission.
• Coordinate maintenance with MOCC to keep aircraft Fully Mission Capable (FMC).
• Review aircraft records and ensure documentation is current and accurate.
• Supervise 98-personnel Flightline and 18-person expeditor team responsible for daily servicing, maintenance, and positioning of SAM aircraft.
