Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Manufacturing Fitter‑Welder to join the PIT-19 Airport operation. You will ensure proper performance, safety, and reliability of equipment through welding and fabrication tasks across carbon, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Training and advancement opportunities are available as the team supports aviation services at multiple sites. Candidates must have a 2-year welding diploma, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency in TIG welding; Red Seal is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year welding diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years welding experience preferred.
• Experience welding carbon, stainless steel and aluminum is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively foster a safety culture and follow Inland safety policies.
• Read and interpret construction drawings/blueprints.
• Set up and operate GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, GTAW welding applications.
• Inspect parts for quality and proper fit.
• Travel to IDS sites as needed for welding repairs or projects.
