A leading aviation company in North Carolina is seeking a Mid-Level Aviation Engine Mechanic to perform critical operations in material handling, assembly, and maintenance of aircraft engines. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in aviation manufacturing and FAA certification, with responsibilities including training associates and conducting quality checks. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are essential. This position is expected to work in a manufacturing environment with physical demands and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aviation manufacturing and/or maintenance facility.
• 2+ years specific to jet engine maintenance is a bonus.
• Moderate understanding of FAA part 145 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train associates in engine assembly and repair.
• Maintain engine hardware parts and storage utilizing shadowing.
• Document technical data and communicate results.
