Qualifications

• Must hold an A&P license with valid credentials.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and interactions.
• Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations and repair/troubleshooting documents.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders and task cards.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor daily tasks to mechanics.
• Provide technical assistance and perform aircraft work as required.
• Maintain training status of mechanics.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure reliability and safety.
• Report daily status of aircraft and man-hour utilization.
• Ensure all paperwork is complete and compliant with MAC policies.
• Wear PPE and adhere to safety policies.
