Job summary

Duncan Aviation in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking an Engine Line Technician to assist with inspecting, troubleshooting, adjusting, repairing and testing aircraft engines, systems and components under limited supervision, using proper tooling and in a safe, clean environment.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to company procedures and customer specifications, and potential to act as a Qualified Inspector (QI) as needed.

Qualifications

• Powerplant Certificate required; Airframe Certificate preferred.
• Mobile and Overhead Crane Certification; Fork Lift qualified; Valid driver’s license.
• Able to obtain QI designation as company needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in high quality inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining of aircraft engines, systems and components.
• Prepare documents required by FAA regulations and company policy; complete discrepancies and corrective action statements, SBs and ADs.
