Job summary

Advanced Systems Technology, Inc. seeks an aircraft electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems on T-6 and T-38 aircraft at Sheppard Air Force Base, TX. Perform fault isolation, repairs, and routine maintenance under minimal supervision, with TDY travel to CONUS locations.

Requirements include a minimum of two years in the field, ability to read technical data and schematics, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Normal color vision and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience as aircraft electrician.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical data.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems on aircraft per technical data.
• Operate ground support equipment as needed.
• Isolate faults and perform repairs and adjustments.
• Open/close/install panels and access related components.
• Follow safety, FOD, tool control, and environmental programs.
• Complete records as required by USAF and Company directives.
