Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies seeks a Lead for part-time, seasonal de-icing operations at COS. You will coach peers, monitor safety, and report performance deviations during aircraft ice removal and anti-ice tasks. You’ll inspect aircraft for ice, coordinate equipment checks, and ensure shutdown procedures are followed.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma, are 18+, have English literacy, and a valid driver's license; must communicate effectively at all levels and pass IDS training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment during de/anti-icing operations and follow company policies.
• Inspect aircraft for ice and remaining contamination after deicing.
• Participate in pre-planning for de/ice events and check equipment.
• Log maintenance issues and follow proper shutdown procedures for equipment.
