Job summary

Northeast Aero Compressor is seeking skilled technicians to join our aviation repair team in the Northeast region. You will test, troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble aircraft components following OEM data and company procedures, while maintaining accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in an MRO environment, strong mechanical aptitude, and are proficient with hand tools and soldering. FAA/DOT safety requirements apply; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in an MRO environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency.
• Expert with hand tools and soldering skills.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Fluent in English, with clear written and spoken communication.
• Own basic hand tools required for the role.
• A&P license is not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test and repair aircraft components per company data and procedures.
• Disassemble and assemble components and maintain documentation.
• Keep work area clean and organized; complete forms accurately.
• Collaborate with coworkers and communicate with inspectors as needed.
• Assist in shop upkeep and routine maintenance tasks.
