Northeast Aero Compressor is hiring skilled technicians to repair and test aircraft components across Pneumatic, Rotating, Fuel, Electro/Mechanical, and Hydraulics departments. You will follow OEM data and company procedures, perform disassembly/assembly, and document results with oversight from NEACO management.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in an MRO environment, strong hand-tool use, soldering ability, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in an MRO environment.
• Proficient in soldering and electrical assembly.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Fluent in English, with strong documentation habits.
• Must own a basic set of hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Test and repair aircraft components according to procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper documentation.
• Complete all forms and reports accurately per management.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Support shop upkeep and periodic maintenance tasks.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
