Aviatron, Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to perform maintenance on commercial aircraft components, ensuring orders meet Repair Group standards. The role supports critical airworthiness and data integrity across the repair process in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers hourly pay between $26 and $30, with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) match up to 6%, and vacation/sick days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer some related college courses, certificate or associate degree.
• Minimum two years' related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ensure work is performed in accordance with the operations policy and procedure, including daily verification that all aircraft related material in area is properly identified, maintained, preserved, and segregated.
• Ensure the data being used to perform maintenance and alteration tasks is current per the repair station requirements.
• Record the work performed on the appropriate maintenance record.
• Perform the necessary research to assure that technical data and manuals are current and appropriate for associated tasks.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

Overview of the Position:

Perform maintenance on commercial aircraft components. Work to ensure that customer orders are completed within the Repair Group's standards and procedures.

Base salary range: $26.00-$30.00 hourly, plus bonus potential, comprehensive health/dental/vision/Life and disability insurance, 401(k) match up to 6%, and Vacation, sick days, flexible work.

Qualifications

Education / Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Prefer some related college courses, certificate or associate degree. Minimum two years' related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
