Aviatron, Inc. is hiring an aircraft component technician to perform maintenance on commercial aircraft parts and ensure work meets Repair Group standards.

The role requires independence and the ability to verify data and manuals are current, with proper maintenance records kept for every task. Base pay ranges $26.00–$30.00 per hour, with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus 401(k) with company match and paid

Overview Of The Position

Perform maintenance on commercial aircraft components. Work to ensure that customer orders are completed within the Repair Group's standards and procedures.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Qualified on several units and can work independently.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with the operations policy and procedure, including daily verification that all aircraft related material in area is properly identified, maintained, preserved, and segregated.
• Ensure the data being used to perform maintenance and alteration tasks is current per the repair station requirements.
• Record the work performed on the appropriate maintenance record.
• Perform the necessary research to assure that technical data and manuals are current and appropriate for associated tasks.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

Base salary range: $26.00-$30.00 hourly, plus bonus potential, comprehensive health/dental/vision/Life and disability insurance, 401(k) match up to 6%, and Vacation, sick days, flexible work.
