Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8 years aviation experience, preferably in aircraft completions or program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the outfitting definition process to minimize delivery exceptions and maintain schedule while ensuring the flawless customer experience.
• Present and explain the essential steps within the outfitting definition process to owners or their delegates, establishing milestones and requirements.
• Translate mission requirements and outfitting preferences into a Completion Package aligned with product offerings, regulatory requirements, and contractual content.
• Initiate and monitor preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft.
• Present to the owner a Completion Package that establishes the floor plan and reflects mission requirements and outfitting preferences.
• Collaborate with the finance department to develop accurate, timely quotations and pricing.
• Document communication that supports the final Completion Approval Package.
• Execute signature approval of the Completion Package per the project timeline.
• Conduct internal Completion Package reviews (PDR, EDR, Project Review).
• Communicate the approved package content to other departments to ensure alignment on work scope and constraints.
• Attend and participate in Completions Operations status meetings.
• Monitor aircraft completion to ensure fidelity to the approved package.
• Support C&D Associate during customer inspection and aircraft acceptance.
• Manage completion specification changes through the Work Change Request process.
• Provides direction on resolving aircraft issues and schedule impacts with customer and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
