Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, aircraft completions, or product definition activities.
• Working knowledge of engineering documentation and configuration management principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in an engineering environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer sales requirements into actionable design engineering deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Preliminary Build Lists and Initial Build Lists for assigned aircraft programs.
• Create and manage preliminary aircraft tasking and engineering work packages.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are defined.
• Facilitate communication between Completions Engineering, Baseline Engineering, Configuration Management, and program leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and verify Requirements Verification Matrices (RVMs).
• Generate CTS tasking to support aircraft design activities.
• Participate in PDR, EDR, PR, and Definition Hand-Off meetings.
• Support architecture using SmarTeam and related systems.
• Monitor engineering deliverables for alignment with requirements and schedules.
• Perform root cause and corrective analysis investigations.
• Assist Configuration Management with BLCR processing.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and tasking methodologies.
