Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah is seeking a Mechanical Definition Engineer to translate customer sales and program requirements into actionable engineering deliverables. You will develop Build List packages and CTS tasking, driving requirements tracking and cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, aircraft completions, or product definition activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).

Responsibilities

Translate customer requirements into actionable design deliverables.
Develop and maintain Preliminary/Initial Build Lists for assigned aircraft.
Create and manage preliminary tasking and engineering work packages.
Coordinate with Design Engineering to define technical requirements.
Provide status updates to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
