Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Dallas seeks a Completions Coordinator for the Trim Shop to lead daily operations and ensure timely, high-quality work on aircraft interiors. Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft experience in the specific discipline.
• Ability to lead a team of 10–15 technicians.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain Job Safe analyst Cards on assigned equipment.
• Support supervisor to ensure department work meets quality and quantity targets.
• Fully support safety, FOD and 5S programs.
• Assist the team to achieve milestone dates and meet goals through hands-on work, ensuring required equipment and materials are available.
• Ensure paperwork and documentation such as ADTS, CDMS, CMP cards, and R&I log are completed.
• Ensure design and engineering drawings are used and followed.
• Accomplish weekly safety audits and assist team members in safety audits.
• Lead or participate on Lean and Quality Improvement teams to meet goals.
• Assist in maintaining shop equipment and JSAs.
