Job summary

iO Associates are partnering with a leading VIP aircraft completions organisation to appoint a Program Manager for its growing operation in Indiana. You will own one customer aircraft program from planning through to final delivery and act as the main link between the customer, engineering, production, quality, suppliers and senior leadership.

You will bring direct Airbus completion experience (ACJ/A220/A320/A321) and a track record of managing multi-million dollar programs with strong budget

Qualifications

• Direct Airbus completion experience, ideally ACJ, A220, A320 or A321 (Boeing experience worth a conversation).
• Experience managing multi-million dollar programs, including budget, schedule, scope and customer delivery.
• STC, FAA and EASA regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Owning one customer aircraft program at a time from planning through to final delivery.
• Acting as the main link between the customer, engineering, production, quality, suppliers and senior leadership.
• Managing program schedules, budgets, risks, customer updates and delivery milestones.
• Coordinating supplier and subcontractor activity to keep technical, commercial and schedule commitments on track.
• Driving issue resolution across a complex completion environment, including engineering, production and certification challenges.
• Maintaining clear executive visibility across program performance, risks and recovery plans.

On site in Indiana | $130,000-$150,000 + 10% bonus + Relocation Package | Full US work authorisation required

iO Associates are partnered with a leading VIP aircraft completions organisation to appoint a Program Manager for its well established growing operation, due to sustained increase in demand and newly onboarded customers.

This is a customer facing, high ownership role for a PM who has personally led complex, high value VIP or VVIP aircraft completion programs. It will be focusing on ACJ's and so Airbus completion experience is strongly preferred.

You will be:

• Owning one customer aircraft program at a time from planning through to final delivery.
• Acting as the main link between the customer, engineering, production, quality, suppliers and senior leadership.
• Managing program schedules, budgets, risks, customer updates and delivery milestones.
• Coordinating supplier and subcontractor activity to keep technical, commercial and schedule commitments on track.
• Driving issue resolution across a complex completion environment, including engineering, production and certification challenges.
• Maintaining clear executive visibility across program performance, risks and recovery plans.

You will need:

• Direct Airbus completion experience, ideally ACJ, A220, A320 or A321 (Boeing experience is worth a conversation).
• Experience managing multi million dollar programs, including budget, schedule, scope and customer delivery.
• STC, FAA and EASA regulatory experience.
• Strong supplier and subcontractor management capability.
• US work authorisation and the ability to work five days per week on site in Indianapolis.
