Job summary

Minimum qualifications
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP).

  • 3 years of experience as a pilot in command for corporations.
  • Aviation-related project management experience in programs such as SMS, FOQA, security, international operations and AI literacy and workflow integration.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring non-standard innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to function under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with situational awareness and professionalism.

As an Aircraft Captain and Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex and dynamic aircraft operations around the globe. In addition to being a great pilot, you will be responsible for owning and collaborating with cross-functional teams on various aviation projects to maintain, grow, and evolve our aviation program. In this role, you will grow amidst ambiguity and be comfortable navigating shifting priorities. You must possess a strong curiosity and be adaptable, along with having a desire for continuous improvement and learning.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $222000 - $321000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
