As an Aircraft Captain and Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex and dynamic aircraft operations around the globe. The role requires excellent teamwork and Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills to lead fellow crew members to meet the demands of our global business. In addition to being a great pilot, you will be responsible for owning and collaborating with cross-functional teams on various aviation projects to maintain, grow, and evolve our aviation program. In this role, you will grow amidst ambiguity and be comfortable navigating shifting priorities. You must possess a strong curiosity and be adaptable, along with having a desire for continuous improvement and learning.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $222000 - $321000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
