Job summary

Delta Airlines seeks a Customer Service Agent to work in Concord, NH. This salaried position offers an hourly wage of $20–$30 and requires a Bachelor’s degree. As a Cabin Service Agent, you’ll uphold Delta CareStandard by keeping cabins clean, safe, and welcoming for every passenger.

You will perform security inspections, operate ground equipment, and support a positive brand experience inside and outside the cabin. A set/rotating schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and basic computer proficiency.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 18; valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work a set or rotating schedule incl. afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sanitize aircraft cabin areas including seating, galleys, toilets and rest areas.
• Operate ground equipment in congested areas.
• Conduct security inspections and ensure safety procedures.
• Provide a clean, safe, and welcoming cabin environment for passengers.
