Job summary

ERMC Aviation seeks a Cabin Agent to clean and service aircraft interiors and support boarding and departure operations at Seattle-area airports. You will perform detailed cabin cleaning, assist ramp teams, and ensure safety and readiness throughout flights.

Successful candidates show flexibility for night/weekend shifts, the ability to work in tight spaces and extreme conditions, and a clean driving record for ground handling tasks.

Qualifications

• Must pass security background checks and hold a valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in extreme conditions and confined spaces.
• Able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance after background check.
• Able to work in cramped or high places.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service aircraft interiors including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
• Prepare cabin for boarding and departure; clean seats, pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories.
• Check, handle, assemble, remove and install passenger service furnishings per specifications.
• Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.
• Perform FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
• Carry out other duties within skill and experience.

Responsibilities for Cabin Agent

• Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
• Helps prepare the cabin for Customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories.
• Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.
• Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.
• Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications for Cabin Agent

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends, and holidays. Some shifts may require extended hours to meet business needs.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
