ERMC Aviation LLC in Alcoa, Tennessee is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee daily operations, address employee issues, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires coordinating shift meetings, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of security and service across all shifts.

Ideal candidates can obtain an airport badge, have reliable transportation, and be available for nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
