Qualifications

• Reads and interprets process planning documents and drawings.
• Uses close tolerance measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Pays attention to dimensional accuracy and standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs bonding of metallic and nonmetallic materials for aircraft parts.
• Reads drawings, determines equipment and sequence for bonding operations.
• Plans and lays out adhesive bonded assemblies and performs lay-up.
• Performs vacuum bagging for Autoclave cures up to 100 psi.
