Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking an Avionics/Electronics Technician II to perform maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair of avionics components in a bench repair environment. You will follow FAA-approved manuals, interpret schematics, and document results while maintaining a safe, compliant work space.

The role requires soldering, circuit analysis, and use of oscilloscopes and multimeters, with attention to part-level repair, calibration, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 2-Year Electronic Degree with relevant experience.
• Proficiency reading schematics, prints and engineering drawings.
• Experience repairing electronic components at the board or substrate level.
• Familiarity with FAA-approved manuals and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspection, test, and repair of avionics components.
• Trace signal flow and diagnose issues using test equipment.
• Document maintenance records and 8130-3 forms per FAA regulations.
• Calibrate equipment to prescribed specs and ensure airworthiness.
