Job summary

HHS Aviation is seeking a proactive leader to oversee aircraft appearance operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. You will manage safety, servicing, and cleaning services for aircraft, while directing a team to meet customer SLAs.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, budget awareness, and ensuring regulatory compliance with FAA/OSHA standards. The role entails shift flexibility and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of management experience
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
• Knowledge of FAA and OSHA regulations
• Budgetary and financial responsibilities experience
• Airport environment and weather exposure familiarity

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for delivering effective aircraft appearance operations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage team members to meet SLAs with customers.
• Resolve customer service issues in a timely, diplomatic manner.
• Proactively manage safety and security processes per operating standards.
• Review KPIs and take necessary actions.
• Recruit and hire new team members to meet service requirements.
• Understand contract requirements and customer expectations.
• Conduct team member counseling and performance improvement actions.
• Monitor and train team members as needed.
• Plan efficient resource use by analyzing equipment and schedules.
