Job summary

GlobalX Air is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for the Airbus A319/A320/A321 fleet in a fast-paced Part 121 charter and scheduled-service environment in Miami, FL. This role ensures aircraft are airworthy, on time, and compliant with CFR parts and CAMP.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Part 121/145 maintenance experience with leadership, and strong supervision across line, base, and heavy maintenance.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate current and in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years Part 121/145 air carrier maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a lead/management role.
• Hands-on and supervisory experience with Airbus A319/A320/A321-family aircraft.
• Working knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 5, 43, 91, 117, 119, and 121, and CAMP/GMM.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and supervise daily line and base maintenance activities for A319/A320/A321 fleets.
• Serve as operational contact for Maintenance Control on AOG events and drive return-to-service decisions.
• Directly supervise maintenance teams and coordinate shift coverage 24/7.
• Review maintenance records, logbooks, and non-routine discrepancies prior to release.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Director of Maintenance on audits and corrective actions.
• Coordinate parts, tooling, and GSE with Materials/Supply Chain to prevent delays.
• Enforce GOM, CAMP, and GMM procedures and maintain high standards.
