SUGARED + BRONZED is redefining airbrush tanning with our proprietary solution and a natural sugaring method. Our team focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, with paid training and clear paths for advancement as we expand to new locations.

As an Airbrush Technician, you will participate in a fast-paced environment serving clients preparing for vacations, weddings, or special events, while building speed and confidence in a supportive team.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Airbrush Technicians help our clients feel bronzed and confident. You will learn everything you need through paid training and work in a fast paced, high volume environment. You will connect with clients who are tanning for vacations, weddings, and special events. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

SPRAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before and after service care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Services require the ability to stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
• Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20 or more minutes at a time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The pay range for this role is:

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (TX - Houston - Montrose Houston)

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (TX - Houston - Rice Village)

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (TX - Houston - Heights Houston)

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (TX - Houston - Uptown Park)
