Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is hiring Airbrush Technicians in Austin, TX. You will learn our airbrush tanning technique through paid training and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, serving clients preparing for vacations, weddings, and events.

We offer paid training, 7-hour shifts with both part-time and full-time options, generous gratuities, commissions on memberships and products after training, and growth opportunities as we expand to new locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while assisting clients.
• Airbrush makeup or tanning experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out clients using the appointment system.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and care.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails/texts regarding appointments and services.
