Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED LLC is seeking an Airbrush Technician in Austin, TX, to deliver exceptional client experiences through the company’s airbrush tanning services. You’ll learn our technique via a paid training program and work with a high-volume client base to build speed and confidence.

Shifts include part-time or full-time with competitive hourly pay and gratuity. We offer quarterly bonuses, membership/product commissions after training, and growth opportunities as we expand to new locations.

Qualifications

• Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Educate clients on the tanning process, formulas, and before and after service care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and tanning rooms and restock supplies.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

Requirements

• Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age.

• Airbrush makeup or airbrush tanning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Services require the ability to stand for extended periods while repeatedly squatting or bending.
• Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20 or more minutes at a time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The pay range for this role is:

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (TX - Austin - Downtown)

17.05 - 45 USD per hour (TX - Austin - Arboretum)
