Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking a Program Manager SME to support the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) on a full-time basis at Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, IL. Telework is possible 1–2 days per week at the customer’s discretion.

The role requires US citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, PMP or ability to obtain within 6 months, and 25 years of DoD-related experience (including 15 years in DoD). Contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Task Lead and POC for overall management and performance of the PWS.
• Supervise personnel at multiple bases including Scott AFB.
• Provide PMRs to EACN PM and key stakeholders in person annually.
• Maintain Project Status List with milestones, POC, and status.
• Maintain Project Checklist for every project and update during progress.
• Compile, edit, and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSR).
• Establish and report Metrics and Reporting across service areas in MSR.
• Ensure production environment adheres to Government standards and baselines.

Overview

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Manager SME to provide support for the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) support task order, which provides Command, Control, Communications (C3) services for multiple critical U.S. Government missions via multiple Air to Global Information Grid (GIG) Gateways (A2G2’s) supported by a Systems Integration Lab (SIL).

This is a full-time position located on-site at Scott Air Force Base (SAFB), in Belleville, IL. With telework capabilities approx. 1-2 days a week - per the customer's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Designated a Task Lead as a Point of Contact (POC) responsible for the overall management and performance of the PWS. The task lead shall be responsible for all requirements of the contract.
• Supervising personnel at Joint Base Andrews, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and Scott Air Force Base.
• Provide Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to the Government EACN Program Manager, herein referred to as EACN PM, and key stakeholders in person, on an annual basis, focusing on the main deliverables reflected in the PWS.
• Maintain the Projects Status List containing milestones, project POC, and status.
• Maintain a Project Checklist for every project on the Project Status List. The Project Checklist shall be available for EACN PM review and updated throughout the progress of the project.
• Compile, edit, and submit Monthly Status Report (MSR).
• Metrics and Reporting shall be established, maintained, and reported on each area of the services summary and reported in the Monthly Status Report.
• Support the production environment by adhering to Government standards. This support includes: Ensuring the production configuration baseline(s) of all hardware and software are maintained as prescribed by the network’s production configuration baselines.
• Responsible for providing, when directed, White Papers, network installation and configuration disaster recovery plan, and maintaining configuration management plan.
