Job summary

Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) is seeking an Airborne Mission Network Field Service Representative to support the AEMI program at Harrisburg Air National Guard Base, PA.

The role requires resolving IT hardware and software issues, performing system administration, applying security patches, and ensuring secure operations of airborne mission systems, including COMSEC handling and RF equipment configuration. Travel to TDY deployments will be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on network/system administration experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification within 3 months of hire (if approved).
• Active T3 investigation and ability to obtain required security clearances.
• Knowledge of Special Operations, SOCOM, and C4ISR systems and networks.
• Knowledge of DoD information assurance requirements.
• LAN design, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues using systems analysis techniques.
• Provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and maintain security for users.
• Apply security patches and OS upgrades to ensure security and integrity.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with airborne mission systems (routers, switches, modems, network).
• Support new infrastructure projects and COMSEC material handling.
• Perform configuration and mission data entry with Harris RF equipment (PRC-117G/152A).
• Maintain configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.
• Travel to support TDY or deployments as required.
