Job summary

Metrea is seeking an Airborne Sensor Operator to support CONUS/OCONUS ISR missions. You will operate electro-optical and infrared sensors, manage mission computers, and coordinate with crew to maximize payload effectiveness.

Responsibilities include pre-/post-mission activities, data logging, and compliance with OPSEC/COMSEC. Requires high school diploma and ISR aviation experience; travel 50–65% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years ISR Aviation experience related to job duties.
• 2+ years ISR Aviation experience on multi-crew platform.

Responsibilities

• Operate electro-optical, infrared, and other sensors on ISR missions.
• Coordinate with crew to optimize aircraft payload effectiveness.
• Complete pre-mission activities including data gathering and briefings.
• Conduct post-mission logs and data review.
• Maintain equipment and support aircraft operations and maintenance.
• Adhere to OPSEC and COMSEC requirements; document significant events.
