Qualifications

• 6+ years of Airborne Sensor Operator experience in ISR operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with aircrew and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the authority for airborne sensor operations.
• Develop and implement training and standardization programs.
• Lead workforce planning and staffing of ASOs.
