Qualifications

• 7 years of professional engineering experience.
• US Citizenship, ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Master’s level degree in any engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Apply theories and principles of science and mathematics to research and develop solutions to engineering problems.
• Design products and implement improved processes to enhance defense systems.
• Conduct testing and perform analysis of electromagnetic systems.
• Support engineering analyses, studies and testing in electromagnetics.
• Support systems integration activities for electronic warfare systems.
• Develop and update engineering documentation (schematics, specifications, test procedures, reports).
• Perform testing, validation, and verification of hardware designs to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and program management to transfer ideas into core product processes.
