Loving Hands Cleaning in Tallahassee, FL is hiring dependable Turnover Cleaners to prep Airbnb properties for new guests. You’ll ensure spaces are spotless, stocked, and guest-ready, using your own supplies and equipment.

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide and maintain own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties in Tallahassee area.
• Ability to follow written checklists accurately and work independently or in teams.
• Strong attention to detail, including spotting hair, dust, smudges, and stains.
• Honest, dependable and trustworthy with guest privacy and property access codes.
• Smartphone proficiency to use checklists, take photos and communicate with management.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• At least one year of professional cleaning experience preferred (short-term rentals/hotels).
• Ability to complete quality cleans within tight turnover windows; weekends/holidays possible.

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning & Guest Ready Details: dust, wipe and sanitize surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen and floors.
• Reset and staging: strip beds, restock consumables, rearrange furnishings, launder as scheduled.
• Inspection & Reporting: walk-throughs, note maintenance issues, take photos, secure property upon exit.

Job Summary: At Loving Hands Cleaning, we believe a clean space creates comfort, peace of mind, and a great first impression. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Turnover Cleaners to join our team in the Tallahassee, Florida area. You’ll help prepare our short-term rental (Airbnb) properties for each new guest by ensuring every space is spotless, fully stocked, and guest-ready. Responsibilities

Cleaning & Guest Ready Details

• Dust, wipe and sanitize all surfaces, including counters, tables, nightstands, lamps, door handles and remotes
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms: showers/tubs, sinks, toilets, mirrors, vanity
• Check for hair, fingerprints, smudges, odors, and overlooked debris throughout the property.
• Clean the kitchen: appliances inside and out, sink, counters, cabinet fronts, dishes and cookware
• Vacuum all carpets and rugs; vacuum and mop all hard floors
• Empty all trash and recycling and replace liners
• Spot-clean walls, doors and windows; clean mirrors and glass streak-free
• Check under beds, behind furniture, and inside closets for trash or forgotten guest belongings

Reset and staging

• Strip beds, remake with fresh linens and set up towels to the property's standard layout
• Restock consumables: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, coffee and any items listed on the property checklist
• Return all movable furniture and décor to its designated position
• Start, transfer, and fold laundry according to the assigned schedule. Separate and report any stained or damaged linens

Inspection & Reporting

• Walk through every room and verify that all cleaning and staging tasks meet the property checklist before leaving.
• Report plumbing leaks, clogged drains, broken appliances, burnt-out lights, and other maintenance issues to management.
• Take completion photos of each room as required by the property checklist.
• Immediately report any damage, missing items, signs of pests, left-behind guest belongings, or excessive mess to management, including photos when applicable.
• Before leaving, secure all doors and windows, set the thermostat to the designated temperature, and ensure access codes and lockboxes are properly secured.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide and maintain their own cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to complete assigned turnovers.
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties throughout the Tallahassee area and arrive on time.
• Ability to follow written checklists accurately and work independently or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to spot hair, dust, smudges, and stains.
• Honest, dependable, and trustworthy, with the ability to respect guest privacy and handle property access codes and keys responsibly.
• Smartphone with the ability to use checklists, take photos, and communicate with management.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• At least one year of professional cleaning experience preferred, ideally in short-term rentals, hotels, or housekeeping.
• Ability to complete quality cleanings within tight turnover windows between guest check-out and check-in.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

Physical demands: You will be on your feet for most of a shift and need to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (laundry bags, vacuum, supplies), bend, kneel, climb stairs and reach overhead repeatedly.
