Job summary

MORSE Corp in Cambridge, MA is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to design, develop, prototype, and test advanced electrical hardware for air vehicle systems. You will work across power, RF, embedded control, avionics, and battery management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, flight-tested solutions. US citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S.

Security Clearance are required; a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of R&D experience are expected.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of engineering experience in R&D projects.
  • Familiarity with IPC or SAE standards is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CAN bus is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electronic systems from concept to production.
  • Lead design and analysis tasks with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with avionics, embedded systems, RF, and power subsystems to develop and test complex systems.
  • Design and analyze analog and digital circuits; battery management experience a plus.
  • Develop fabrication and test procedures and support flight test operations.
