Job summary

Leidos, Inc. is seeking a Systems Integration Architect to join our Air Traffic Management engineering team.

You will lead the design, integration, and modernisation of network solutions that support highly available, safety‑critical systems. Working with multi‑disciplinary teams, you will translate requirements into resilient, secure network architectures and guide technical strategy throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience designing network architectures for complex, mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to translate operational and technical needs into scalable network designs.
• Strong understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and integration of network solutions within complex programs.
• Develop architectures and detailed designs meeting performance, resilience, and security needs.
• Translate requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with systems, software, infrastructure, and test teams for successful integration.
• Provide technical leadership across the engineering lifecycle.
• Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions aligned with program objectives.
• Support integration, verification, validation, and acceptance activities.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Produce and review documentation to ensure maintainability and supportability.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to support delivery.
