Job summary

The Federal Aviation Administration seeks an Operations Supervisor to plan and direct operations within delegated areas of responsibility in a terminal or en route facility. You will provide first line supervision to Developmental and Certified Professional Controllers.

Candidates must have civilian air traffic experience demonstrating progressively responsible duties, including FAA 2152 FG-14 or higher, facility rating or area certification for at least one year, and MSS experience in an ATS

Qualifications

• Must have held FAA 2152 FG-14 or above for at least 1 year.
• Must have been facility rated/area certified for at least 1 year in an ATS facility.
• Must have held an MSS position for at least 1 year in an ATS facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct operations within delegated areas of responsibility.
• Provide first line supervision to Developmental and Certified Professional Controllers.
