You will supervise Developmental and Certified Professional Controllers, assign work, manage performance, and coordinate training and staffing to meet safety and efficiency goals.

• Evaluates performance of employees and recommends performance ratings.
• Hears and resolves complaints from employees; arranges training needs and development opportunities.
• Adjusts staffing levels and work procedures to accommodate resource decisions.
• Recommends goals and objectives for the area and tracks accomplishments.
• Communicates and reinforces diversity and EEO policies; supports labor-management partnership.
