Job summary

Department of Transportation in California seeks an Operational Supervisor to plan and direct operations within delegated areas of responsibility. You will provide first-line supervision to a team of Developmental and Certified Professional Controllers in an ATS facility.

Qualified candidates must have substantial ATS experience including FAA 2152 FV-J/FG-14 or higher, facility rating, area certification, or MSS background, with the MSS chart used to determine applicable career level.

Qualifications

• Must have held FAA 2152 FV-J/FG-14 or higher in a regional or HQ role for at least 1 year.
• Must have been facility rated or area certified for at least 1 year in an ATS facility.
• Must have held an MSS position for at least 1 year in an ATS facility.
• In addition to the MSS qualifications, the MSS position chart will determine which career level applicants are qualified to apply.
