Job summary

Serco Inc. in Bethel, AK is seeking an Air Traffic Controller to deliver safe, efficient air traffic services. You will manage radio communications, issue clearances, and coordinate with aircraft and ground personnel within a high-demand environment.

The role requires US Citizenship, a valid FAA Second Class Medical Certificate, and a CTO/Tower Rating with practical experience. You will join a team dedicated to excellence in ATC operations.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• FAA Second Class Medical Certificate required.
• CTO rating or Tower Rating with 6 months of practical experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to obtain FAA security clearance.
• Pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer radio calls from arriving/departing aircraft.
• Issue landing/takeoff instructions and runway information.
• Disseminate weather data and other flight information to pilots.
• Issue air traffic clearances and coordinate with airport ground teams.
• Transfer and receive control of aircraft and monitor systems.
• Maintain records and perform on-the-job training as required.
