Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Factors, Engineering, Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting technical work products.
  • Availability for on-site work in Washington, DC.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen who can successfully complete a government security investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide human factors analyses and strategic program support to FAA.
  • Identify research, engineering, and technology integration opportunities.
  • Present work products to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in workshops to refine emerging human factors needs across domains.
  • Develop supporting white papers, meeting minutes, and presentations.
