Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation Specialist to support a high-priority air-to-ground weapon program at Eglin AFB, Florida. The role involves planning, coordinating, executing, documenting, and analyzing weapon-system test activities with a focus on defense acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, CS, OR, or related technical discipline.
• Five+ years supporting test and evaluation, systems engineering, or defense acquisition activities.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and analyzing weapon-system test events.
• Familiarity with defense acquisition T&E processes and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute T&E activities for air-to-ground weapon programs.
• Develop and coordinate T&E strategies, Master Plans, test plans, and reports.
• Coordinate developmental, operational, qualification, integration, flight and ground tests.
• Engage with Government customers, contractors, and test organizations.
• Prepare test readiness reviews, IET meetings, and program management reviews.
• Review plans, procedures, data products, and contractor deliverables for accuracy and alignment.
