Job summary

KBR seeks an experienced Deputy Test Manager / Test & Evaluation Specialist to support high-priority hypersonic weapon testing at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

You will coordinate with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Test and Evaluation Manager, and an integrated program team to plan, execute, document, and analyze weapon-system test activities and data across Government, industry, and national test organizations.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
• Eight or more years of experience supporting test & evaluation, systems engineering, or related defense acquisition activities.
• Experience planning, coordinating, executing, or analyzing complex weapon-system test events.
• Experience coordinating across Government customers, contractors, engineering organizations, test organizations, and program-management stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing technical documentation and executive-level status products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the deputy to the Senior Test and Evaluation Manager for a high-priority air-to-ground weapon program.
• Coordinate T&E actions with Government customers, contractors, engineering teams, range personnel, and external test organizations.
• Independently lead assigned test-planning and execution efforts, including developmental, operational, qualification, integration, flight, ground, and other test activities.
• Develop, maintain, and staff T&E documentation such as Test & Evaluation Master Plans, test plans, and schedules.
• Prepare for and participate in test readiness reviews, technical interchange meetings, and executive briefings.
