Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Successful experience in a similar air compressor/compressed air systems role.
• Experience with building automation software applications and compressor control systems (PLC-based preferred).
• Working knowledge of codes and standards (ASME, CAGI, OSHA, NFPA) for compressed air systems.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of contracting regulations, practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements as per standards/regulations/orders.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and apply rules and procedures to various situations and provide economical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for air compressor and compressed air system projects, deliverables, scopes of work, and coordination with customers and contractors.
• Review maintenance plans and procedures for accuracy; facilitate corrections aligning with standards.
• Assist in technical reviews of design drawings and submittals related to compressed air systems.
• Generate RFIs to clarify air compressor and system processes and procedures.
• Develop field training programs and mentor field technicians in compressors, dryers, receivers, filters, controls, PLCs, and distribution.
