Job summary

Linde Inc. in Freeport, TX is seeking a Production Technician for air separation. You will work a 12-hour rotating shift (seven on / seven off / seven on-call) under a Production Superintendent, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor processes, optimize performance, and support maintenance and inspections across the plant. The role requires 5+ years in industrial production, a Process Technology degree or equivalent, and strong computer/communication skills.

Qualifications

• More than five years in an industrial production environment.
• Process Technology degree, apprenticeship, or related experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control processes to achieve flows, pressures, and purities.
• Monitor product purity, inventory, and equipment performance; support KPIs.
• Follow safety policies and perform LOTO during maintenance activities.
• Read P&IDs and control loop logic; interpret process interactions.
